Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here is how returns, refunds and exchanges work for orders delivered in the United Kingdom.

1. Changed your mind? You have 14 days

  • You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. This applies to full-price and sale items.
  • To cancel, email raanai.uk@gmail.com or call 07757 279036 with your order number. You don't need to give a reason.
  • Send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. We'll confirm the return address when you contact us.
  • Please return items unworn, unwashed and with their tags, in the original packaging where possible. You can try items on as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
  • For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

2. Your refund

  • We refund the price of the item(s) and, if you return your whole order, the standard £5 delivery charge you paid.
  • Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or of you giving us proof that you've sent it, if that is sooner).
  • We refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

3. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
  • We'll pay the return postage and offer you a full refund, a replacement or an exchange, whichever you prefer (subject to stock).
  • This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Exchanges

  • Need a different size or shirt length? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock. If the item isn't available, we'll refund you instead.

5. Items we can't take back for change of mind

  • Items that have been made or altered to your personal measurements on request (custom stitching). Standard sizes and the Short (36") / Long (46") shirt-length options are not custom and can be returned as normal.
  • Faulty custom items are still covered by section 3.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind before your order has been sent, contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
